Overview
Director of Omnichannel Strategy role at myGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community. This position is with Kellanova, an inclusive employer. Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid). Reports to the VP of Commercial Strategy – Frozen and focuses on driving integrated plans across digital and physical channels. You will shape an ecommerce strategy that delivers a unique consumer experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that energize customers and grow sales. A direct report for digital and search strategy across both brands is included. What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Focus Across Channels – Serve as the primary liaison for Omni Customer/Sales Leads and the Center of Excellence, driving competitive strategies across channels, marketing, search, media, and activation. Partner with internal teams—Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D—and external agencies to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration – Act as the primary point of contact for Omni Customer/Sales Leads and the Center of Excellence, driving cross-functional strategies and ensuring alignment across internal teams and external agency partners. Project Management – Execute, monitor, and drive visibility for Product Work Requests (PWRs) that support project execution and enable fit-to-win content, assortment, and portfolio strategies in Omni. Provide timely inputs essential to success. Business Insights – Track and analyze omni category performance, offering strategic and tactical recommendations to drive results. Use data to generate actionable insights and share best practices from launches to support team success. Financial Management & Strategic Planning – Manage a multi-million-dollar budget and build a 3-year roadmap of capabilities, investments, and resources to accelerate Frozen Foods growth and profitability across Omni P&Ls and channels. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in commercial and sales strategy, field sales, and cross-functional project work. Strong Omni experience, including customer and retail media networks, with success leading from retail and/or brand sides. Solid understanding of traditional and Omni media and how they integrate to drive commercial outcomes. Proven ability to execute across digital and physical channels with a consistent customer experience. Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize deadlines and manage heavy workloads. Strong analytical and communication skills, including interpreting Nielsen data, market research, and leveraging big data analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to collaborate across all levels; frequent travel required. Compensation
The annual salary range is $176,000 - $231,000, based on location, experience, and skills. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are available. What’s Next
