Accountable for firm value delivered from $100M+ in firm investment and multiple teams executing omnichannel media Leverage client segmentation, branch segmentation, and sequential journeys to design and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns—including digital, mobile, social, programmatic, CTV, and experiential channels Native data‑driven optimization. Manage marketing mix modeling, attribution frameworks, and business-linked KPIs to ensure direct linkage between spend and outcomes Partner cross EBM to drive continuous improvement via A/B and multivariate testing, predictive analytics, personalization, and campaign optimization Oversee and hold accountable the third party agency that negotiates with media vendors and partners to secure the best rates and placements Monitor campaign performance and implement real-time optimizations to achieve KPIs Partner closely with brand, digital, product, compliance, analytics, and agency teams to ensure alignment between creative, regulatory, and performance priorities Collaborate with analytics teams to measure the impact of marketing investments and refine strategies Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of media planners, channel strategists and analysts Identify opportunities to leverage new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance campaign performance Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred 15+ years in marketing leadership, including ~8+ years leading paid media strategy at enterprise scale—preferably within regulated financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management Expertise across digital video, social, OTT/CTV, programmatic, search, native content, podcasts, audio, and personalization technology stacks Deep knowledge of advertising ecosystem and partners (DV360, The Trade Desk) Familiarity with media planning tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) Proven experience developing omnichannel journeys by audience segments, including two-tiered segmentation with client segments and intermediary advisor segments Strong knowledge of marketing mix modeling, attribution, and performance measurement Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory considerations in media and advertising Benefits and Culture
