JR1940**Job Description:**We are seeking a **Human Resources Representative** to join our team! This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in entering the field of HR.
This is a large HR department with opportunities for growth.
The individual in this key position will be responsible for onboarding assistance, compliance with state, federal, and Agency policy and procedures.* Provide high impact customer service to existing and incoming employees* Create new employee files including but not limited to; uploading, scanning and data entry.* Provide support to the HR Business Partner team by maintaining current employee files.* Provide assistance and support to the HR Onboarding Representatives, HR Office Coordinator and the HR Department as a whole on special projects.* Troubleshoot and ensure compliance with state, federal and Agency policies and procedures by assisting with the employee file creation as well as maintenance.
