Relocation Package is available . This is an extraordinary opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to shine in the luxury hospitality industry. Join an in-house design team where you’ll work closely with top award-winning designers and team members while diversifying your portfolio. This is an exciting chance to live in the growing city of Las Vegas while also traveling internationally for major projects. We seek for our 5-star hospitality client an Intermediate Interior Designer, either technically focused or selections focused. Responsibilities

Collaborate with VPs of Design, Directors of Design, and Senior Designers to create, execute, and document a project’s interior scheme. Coordinate interior architecture, space programming, space planning, FF&E, and color/materials. Support the Directors of Design with design, selection, and specification of furnishings, fixtures, and finishes (custom or commercially available). Understand and coordinate the creative, technical, budgetary, operational, and design document coordination for all facets of the interior FF&E package. Support development and interdisciplinary coordination of design documents and specifications to ensure high-quality design representation for the project team. Qualifications

Bachelor/Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Project Management from an accredited institution. 5+ years of design and/or project management experience, including leading design teams with significant hospitality and/or entertainment-related projects. Portfolio of work demonstrating abilities. Experience with recent resort hospitality projects through construction administration, field, and project closeout. International project/client experience preferred. Four and/or Five Star resort hospitality or residential experience preferred. Strong peer consultant relationships; NCARB Architectural registration and/or NCIDQ Interior Design accreditation preferred. Proficiency in software and tools: InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD 2018+, Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat, Sketching, Microsoft Office, REVIT 2018+, Space Planning; Form IT, Procore/BIM360/PlanGrid/Other, SketchUp, Spexx or similar; Microsoft Project/Primavera. Design sensitivity with a broad design vocabulary and exceptional attention to detail. Strong visual communication through drawing, illustration, and descriptive writing. Industry knowledge of design processes and procedures supporting world-class leaders in design and innovation. Compensation and Benefits
