The Online Ordering team at DoorDash is responsible for building and scaling white-labeled 1P mobile apps for our restaurant merchants — from onboarding partners to delivering high-quality ordering features. Lead and Inspire : Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of mobile and full stack engineers, creating clear career paths and development opportunities. Drive Technical Vision : Partner with technical leads on iOS, Android, and backend to define and execute the team’s architectural roadmap. Deliver Impactful Features : Oversee development of core product experiences, including onboarding automation, user sessions, login mechanisms, push notifications, menu optimization, guest checkout, and reorder experiences. Collaborate Across Functions : Work with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into user-first solutions. The successful candidate\’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee\’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
