The OB/GYN Department and the individual providers are a diverse and cohesive group of caring and competent providers. Our providers are responsible for general gynecological care of women, and related to pregnancy and the reproductive system. OB/GYNs focus on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of general health problems, including ailments specific to female anatomy, such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal disorders. They also specialize in childbirth, caring for women throughout pregnancy—from prenatal diagnoses to delivery and postpartum care. The role spans the adult lifetime of a woman’s care, meeting both medical and surgical needs. Kelsey-Seybold OB/GYNs are women’s health specialists who strive to uphold high ethical standards. They are encouraged to grow intellectually and professionally over their careers, and to seek their personal and ethical best. Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency or fellowship program upon hire Licensed in the State of Texas Board Certified and/or Board Eligible Completed residency and practicing or be in residency Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 - $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (eligibility requirements apply).
