What to Expect

Manage all aspects of the program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with Government objectives

Coordinate operational sustainment and modernization efforts for C2SET systems, including software, models, algorithms, and interfaces

Provide guidance to technical teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices for software development and sustainment

Oversee program budgets, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency and compliance

Act as the primary interface between the Government PM, technical teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

What is Required

Must have an active Secret clearance

At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a product or program manager of software development teams

Proven experience in C5ISR Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and software development

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with Joint operational training commitments and software sustainment

Certifications: Security+ CE or Linux+ credentials (preferred but not mandatory)

Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools, including sprint planning and backlog management

Excellent communication and coordination skills to interface with Government PMs, technical teams, and other stakeholders

Ability to manage international travel and support operational training exercises
