As a Store Manager, you will: Hire and train the right team members for the right roles; provide constructive feedback, accountability, and coaching to develop leadership skills. Lead staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain employee and customer satisfaction. Grow the auto business by utilizing proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability; manage sales and customer service activities. Plan and monitor budget forecasting models; identify opportunities for innovation and progress. Build strong relationships with employees and customers to ensure the store’s success. In this role you wear many hats, including ensuring fast, friendly, clean, and professional service and living the brand mission: "Creating Customers for Life through Fast, Friendly, Clean and Professional Service". Qualifications
At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Relevant sales and customer service experience Previous leadership experience is a plus Work Schedule
Shifts include a mix of day and evening hours up to 8 pm and weekends. Location
