$65k Sign-On Bonus
Competitive Salary: $150k - $250k based on guaranteed base salary plus Monthly production, with potential to maximize compensation based on production

Role Overview As the Managing Veterinarian, you will:
Provide medical leadership and ensure top-notch patient care
Manage and mentor associate veterinarians
Oversee regulatory compliance and hospital performance
Collaborate with the Hospital Manager on financial responsibilities, including budgeting and performance management
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
Network with peers in similar roles in veterinary clinics across AZ
The Medical Director reports directly to the NVA Arizona Division Leaders
Qualifications
AVMA-accredited veterinary degree or ECFVG/PAVE certification
Valid state licensure
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high standards of veterinary medicine
Proven leadership ability and experience in staff management
Strong decision-making and organizational skills
About Sierra Vista About the Sierra Vista area: An outdoor-lover’s paradise, Sierra Vista is an Arizona sky island at 4,500 to 5,000 feet elevation with temperatures typically 20 degrees cooler than Phoenix. Spanish for mountain view, Sierra Vista was named for the many mountain ranges in the area.
