Brewster Medical Associates, a member of Tufts Medicine Integrated Network, is seeking an exceptional Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Primary Care practice in Brewster, MA. You will manage your own panel of patients in a well-established, collaborative group of four providers. Prior Primary Care experience is preferred. Responsibilities
Develop longitudinal relationships with patients. Meet patient needs with same-day or routinely scheduled appointments. Be a valuable member of the care team alongside physicians and advanced practitioners. Be proactive in preventive care and overall patient wellness. Grow as a clinician by learning from colleagues. Provide service- and people-focused support to meet community needs. Contribute to a work environment aligned with modern workforce values. Engage with community care initiatives and collaborative practices within Tufts Medicine Integrated Network. Detail-oriented patient care in a primary care setting. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or similar clinical setting is preferred. Experience managing a full patient panel is preferred. Current MA RN and NP licenses. Current CPR certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Patient-centered approach with a focus on high-quality care and patient satisfaction. Passion for primary care and teamwork across disciplines. Benefits and Work Environment
