Overview
Responsibilities
Provide four days per week of ambulatory cardiology clinic coverage in Dillon, MT.
Supervise and interpret echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and heart rhythm monitors.
Supervise Device Clinic appointments and Ambulatory NP and Follow Up cardiology appointments.
Represent the Providence Heart Institute as a cardiac care provider and an ambassador for the programs.
Offer education to peers in rural communities to support team building.
Collaborate with colleagues in Missoula and Hamilton to deliver coordinated care.
This is not a hospital position and does not require call; there is optional involvement in call if desired.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience is required.
Board-eligible or board-certified General Cardiologist.
Formal training and expertise in echocardiography is a plus.
