Remote/Hybrid (Pacific Palisades Store, client installations for photo ops, etc.) Elizabeth Lamont, a Pacific Palisades–based interior design studio, retail shop, and DTC e-commerce store, is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator. This role requires a strong understanding of social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, Substack, TikTok, LinkedIn), marketing, SEO Improvement, Meta and Google ad creation, project and advertising calendars, etc. Salary:

Social Media Management & Content Creation Manage all social media channels end-to-end, including strategy, planning, content creation, scheduling, and reporting. Develop engaging copy, photo, and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all platforms. Capture and edit photography for products, shop styling, and occasional client projects. Keep the content calendar up to date and schedule posts through Buffer. Strategically grow audience reach, engagement, and follower count across all platforms. Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and identifying influencer and brand collaboration opportunities. Paid Media & Advertising Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Set up targeting, monitor performance, test creative variations, and adjust for maximum ROI. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights. Email & SMS Marketing Manage all email and SMS marketing from strategy to execution using Klaviyo. Write and design compelling copy and graphics for campaigns, automations, and workflows. Schedule, test, and report on campaigns, optimizing based on open rates, clicks, and conversions. Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify and maintain automated flows for welcome, abandoned cart, and post-purchase sequences. Collaborate with the founder to develop and write weekly blog content for Shopify and Substack. Create custom blog graphics and ensure each post is optimized for SEO and visual appeal. Publish and maintain all blog content on Shopify’s back end. Manage Substack end-to-end, including formatting, scheduling, publishing, and distributing posts to subscribers. SEO & Website Optimization Improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Create high-quality, relevant content that increases time on page and reduces bounce rate. Collaborate with merchandising and website teams to highlight key products and collections. Work in Shopify to create product collections, tag products, and set up discounts and promotions. Analytics & Reporting Report weekly on marketing analytics across all channels, including social media, email, ads, website traffic, and sales performance. Use Shopify, Google Analytics, and platform insights to track KPIs and inform future strategy. Creative & Graphic Design Create all marketing and event graphics, signage, labels, and promotional materials using Canva. Maintain a digital library of creative assets for easy access and brand consistency. Support design needs for campaigns, in-store materials, and special projects. Manage the Yotpo Rewards Program , including setup, campaigns, and ongoing optimizations to enhance customer retention. Skills and Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce. Strong proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads Manager. Skilled in Canva, Buffer, Yotpo, Substack and familiar with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.). Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
