Qualifications
Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills focused on patient care
Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Accurate and timely documentation and billing
Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
