Program Director
with responsibilities described below. Responsibilities
Provide leadership to achieve Technical, Financial, contractual, management, and customer relations objectives of the project, program, and business Develop and maintain communications, consistent across programs, for use by executive management and the enterprise Ensure timely and compliant communications and submission to the customer Develop and maintain current, accurate, and complete program schedules, financial projections, forward looking staffing profiles, and risk/opportunity status Conduct recurring and adhoc program analysis/assessments including technical, financial, and schedule performance for development, production, and integration of products and services Make and support decisions to achieve business objectives using outcome of collaborative analysis/assessments of technical, schedule, financial, and customer relations Owns all deliverables IAW approved plans to meet contractual requirements on time and within approved budgets Lead for program reviews with executive management and the integrated product team Experience And Skills
Must have working knowledge of Department of Defense Acquisition Framework and associated design milestones Must have working knowledge of Earned Value Management Must be adept in Microsoft Office Suite including working knowledge of MS Project Experienced with risk and opportunity identification, mitigation, execution, and management Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards In support of the Kratos Training Solutions culture, must interact effectively and productively with direct reports, peers, and all levels of management through the Division President and/or CEO Ability to interact appropriately with the public when necessary Ability to adhere to workplace rules Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Office environment Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phones) Ability to lift up to 15 pounds To work at this facility, you must be a US person Preferred Skills And Experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or ability to obtain a PMP within one year of hire Certification or demonstrated expertise in Earned Value Management System (EVMS), per ANSI/EIA 748 14 Years minimum experience or a combination of education and job-related experience as a Program Manager and/or managing prime and/or subcontractor teams BA/BS Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Engineering Management Benefits
