Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Project Manager
with a valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license to lead and deliver complex engineering projects. As a Senior Project Manager at SSFM, you will be responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project success from inception to completion, and serving as a trusted partner to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams, ensuring all members understand and execute their roles effectively.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and compliance with codes and regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering professional growth and a collaborative team culture.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Uphold SSFM's standards of excellence, integrity, and client service.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited university (relevant experience may substitute for degree).
Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
5+ years of progressive project management experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven knowledge of applicable codes, laws, and regulations.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Additional certifications (e.g., CCM, DOT) may be required depending on project type.
