Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.

Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.

Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project planning.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on Big Box Retail or Light Industrial.

Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
