Proactively seek out new business opportunities and conduct engaging presentations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate with your team to devise innovative sales strategies. Understand client needs in the evolving HR landscape and provide bespoke solutions that drive their success. Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, celebrate wins, and stay informed about industry trends. Meet quotas within a customer-centric, high-performing culture that values teamwork and continuous improvement. Track sales activities using internal tools, set goals, and measure progress; pursue continuous learning about industry trends and product enhancements. Engage in needs assessments, craft tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the value and benefits of our products to clients. Collaborate with the team to strategize on leads and share insights to drive overall success. Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of SAAS sales experience HCM experience required Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles A creative and independent thinker with a strong motivation for sales A desire to continually grow and apply new skills About isolved
