Front End Manager FT Responsibilities
Directly responsible for all aspects of administrative and clerical store operations as the Front End Manager, reporting to the Store Manager/ASM. Manage the Front end including POS registers/cashiers, Service Desk/associates and layaway, Cash Office Functions, Front end cleanliness, organization and detailed standards. Maintain line control efficiencies to ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience for customers. Review all reports daily and promptly raise issues to the Store Manager and Loss Prevention. Ensure all company policies and procedures are understood and executed by all team members. Improve front end efficiencies by hiring high-energy team members with the right skill set and attitude. Handle customer issues to ensure the best shopping experience. Work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays to meet business needs. Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding Forman Mills policies, training materials, directives, and any other materials Forman Mills produces. Ability to perform basic math functions to operate the register, make change and conduct inventory. May be required to lift up to 40 lbs and on occasions up to 70 lbs from floor level, with fitness to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and repetitive lifting (reasonable accommodations considered).
