- This Assistant PLM is responsible for building performance-driven, innovative accessories that elevate the athlete to perform at their highest capacity in any athletic endeavor. You will support the development and execution of seasonal strategies, working cross-functionally across Product Creation to deliver margin-rich product assortments. You will contribute to line planning, brief creation, GTM milestones, and system accuracy, while developing a deep understanding of the consumer, category, and marketplace. You will create insightful product briefs, analyze consumer and competitive trends, and support the creation of compelling presentations to sell in product at key milestones. You will ensure the accuracy of sales tools and the product catalog. Responsibilities emphasize cross-functional collaboration and involvement in the Product Creation process and Go-To-Market efforts, with measurable business impact. Your Impact
Build the product line and guide the process from concept to commercialization. Develop the brief and communicate the vision to cross-functional partners. Collaborate with design, development, and sourcing through the fit and development process to deliver product that hits margin targets. Data and systems management: oversee, manage, and ensure all systems and data are up to date and entered on time. Develop business acumen: partner with planners, merchandisers, sales, and PLM/Director to understand relevant data. Analyze and articulate information around bookings, sales, and trends to inform future line plan decisions. Connect with athletes: gain insights informing and influencing product; stay knowledgeable on the market landscape and competition. Be knowledgeable about the retail market landscape. Assist PLM to outline and manage seasonal business plans, including growth opportunities based on product range, price positioning, channel distribution, delivery launch, and through-flow. Maintain detailed knowledge of products in areas of responsibility (fabric, trims, fit, costing, and approval timelines) for each style. Assist in product presentations internally and externally. Responsible for data entry into Trasix/Armoury and other related systems. Proactively support senior PLM with current season’s assortment and future seasonal opportunities. Other responsibilities may be assigned as business needs change. Qualifications
Ability to lead a cross-functional pod with strong relationship-building skills. Strong presentation, collaboration, project, and time management skills. Ability to problem solve and make decisions with the athlete/customer in mind. Preferred experience managing Full Product Life Cycle. Ability to mine consumer insights and translate into product solutions. Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree. Product line management experience along with project management, product marketing and/or Consumer insight experience. Workplace Location

$60,672.26 - $83,424.36 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
