In this senior technical role, you will manage a caseload of complex casualty claims (including other P&C business lines) and review high level coverage matters / disputes. All claims within your caseload will be high severity and will require extensive and thorough coverage and litigation investigation.### **Key Responsibilities-*** Manage a caseload of large loss casualty claims involving complex coverage issues* Providing coverage and litigation advice to internal and external claims professionals* Working closely with legal counsels and other internal & external legal / claims business partners* Develop coverage and litigation strategies to protect the insurer and handle claims effectively* High level reporting on coverage and litigation matters**Key Experience Required:*** 5+ years handling complex, large loss casualty claims (including wide ranging CGL, premise liability, product liability, environmental liability, sexual abuse and/or other bodily injury areas (at an insurance carrier or law firm)* Experience handling other P&C claims such as commercial property or professional lines highly preferred* 5+ years handling complex coverage and arbitration and deposition matters within casualty claims (at an insurance carrier or law firm)* Experience working on complex coverage matters across primary, excess and umbrella claims* Experience working on complex litigation matters within P&C insurance claims* **JD law essential – please note we cannot consider candidates without this*** Adjuster License essential – please not we cannot consider candidates without this**This is a fantastic opportunity for a JD Law qualified legal professional to move in-house to a market leading insurance carrier.
