Senior AI Solution Manager
to join the
Strategic AI
team and lead the development and execution of AI-enhanced business solutions. This role owns the full lifecycle—from problem definition and stakeholder engagement to prototyping, building, evaluating, and preparing solutions for deployment. You will work directly with business owners and product leads to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and integrated into operational workflows. YOUR TEAM. YOUR TEAM Strategic AI is a newly formed team under the COO’s organization, focused on delivering high-impact, AI-enhanced solutions across the firm. We are an AI-native team, meaning that everything we do—from planning and ideation to execution—leverages AI tools by default. Our mission is to solve complex business problems through applied AI, integrating capabilities into workflows, applications, and business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand problems and desired outcomes Define scope, success metrics, and solution architecture for AI-enhanced applications Prototype, build, and evaluate AI-integrated workflows using approved tools and platforms Validate and pilot solutions in real-world business environments Prepare solutions for deployment and assist with training and post-deployment support Serve as an escalation point for deployed solutions Maintain an AI-native approach throughout the lifecycle Document learnings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: Experience delivering applied AI solutions (e.g., workflow automation, intelligent interfaces, decision support) Strong background in scoping, developing, and evaluating AI-enhanced applications Familiarity with platforms like Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot, and other enterprise AI tools Experience in financial services or professional services preferred Demonstrated self-learning and continuous upskilling in AI tools, models, and capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in writing code and deploying applications using AI code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Studio, OpenAI functions) At least 10+ years of professional work experience 2 years of related applied AI experience Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification. Massachusetts, the salary range for a
Senior AI Solution Manager
is $198,000 to $273,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
