As an Endur Business Analyst, you will bridge business and technical teams to deliver solutions on the Endur ETRM platform. You will be a member of our Energy & Utilities Consulting team and work with project managers, technical experts, and client stakeholders. In this role, you will
Serve as the primary interface between business and technical teams, driving design and process decisions to support project delivery. Document current (“as-is”) business processes, design future (“to-be”) processes, and implement solutions on the Endur ETRM platform. Take ownership of project-related tasks and planning activities as the program evolves to ensure successful outcomes. Lead and plan consulting/functional workstreams, demonstrating accountability for project deliverables. Apply deep knowledge of the trade life cycle in the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) domain, with a focus on the US Natural Gas market. Utilize hands-on expertise across Endur modules, including deal modeling, market setup, reference/static data, settlements desktop, DMS, and report builder. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements and operational excellence. Work Model

10+ years of experience in Endur/ETRM, with strong hands-on expertise in Endur modules and US gas markets. Proven experience in IT consulting and business analysis, including business process definition, requirements gathering, functional design, and solution delivery. Demonstrated ability to write complex BRDs, FSDs, and user stories. Strong hands-on experience with JVS/Open Components and Connex development. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Experience in business consulting within Commodities Trading, Derivatives/Capital Markets, or Gas and Power utilities. Exposure to front office ETRM functions (deal capture, pricing, hedging, PnL, valuation, derivatives, confirmations). Exposure to middle office/operations (risk reports, VaR, PnL, MTM, credit risk, logistics such as gas scheduling, pipeline management, storage, optimization). Exposure to back office functions (invoicing, settlements, accounting). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. $95,000–$125,000 per year. This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Benefits
