Overview
We’re seeking an
IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer
to manage and maintain critical enterprise infrastructure — including networks, servers, and core systems. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and securely across multiple branch locations. Responsibilities
Administer servers, networks, virtualization, and storage systems Implement patches, upgrades, and performance improvements Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues Perform backups and support disaster recovery planning Support end users and collaborate with technical peers Maintain documentation and follow change management practices Participate in infrastructure projects and on-call rotation Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience in systems administration 1–3 years managing Windows/Linux servers and virtualization/SAN environments Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel to local branches and provide off-hours support as needed Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (with or without accommodation) Relevant certifications (or willingness to obtain within 12 months) Preferred
MCSA, Azure Administrator Associate, or similar certifications Experience with SQL maintenance and reporting Application
