We are looking for an experienced
Senior SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant
to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP PS modules. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Project Systems to support complex business processes related to project planning, execution, costing, and monitoring. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (MM/SD), and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP PS implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations in SAP PS. Design and configure SAP PS structures such as WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, and cost planning profiles. Integrate SAP PS with other modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP. Manage project budgeting, forecasting, actual cost tracking, and settlements within SAP. Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements. Collaborate with ABAP developers for technical specifications and testing. Provide expert-level support and issue resolution for SAP PS. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Train end users and prepare documentation, manuals, and user guides. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and propose process enhancements. Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PS with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations. Strong functional knowledge of SAP Project Systems processes and best practices. Proficiency in integration points between SAP PS and FI/CO, MM, SD. Experience with project accounting, budgeting, cost control, and reporting in SAP. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead SAP PS initiatives. What We Offer
