Be part of a team focused on providing exceptional care in our Rockville center. What You\'ll Be Responsible For
Operational Leadership:
Provide immediate, hands-on support to clinical staff, resolve real-time operational issues, and co-lead weekly team meetings and scheduling. Training & Development:
Conduct comprehensive onboarding and ongoing competency training for all staff, specializing in Spravato and TMS protocols and documentation. Develop and enforce center-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Compliance & Workflow:
Ensure clinical compliance by managing audits (REMS, TMS, Spravato), running key reports (missed visits), and maintaining provider coverage and referral follow-up. Team Support:
Co-manage escalated patient/staff concerns, assist with recruitment (interviewing/shadowing), and occasionally provide direct patient care to cover shortages. Growth Initiative:
Assist with the logistical launch and setup of new clinic centers. Required Qualifications
Supervisory/Management Experience:
At least
three (3) years
of supervisory experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proven experience in a management role within behavioral health or a similar clinical environment. Education:
Associate\'s degree plus 3-5 years of comparable experience required or equivalent experience. Clinical office supervision experience of 5-8+ years will be considered equivalent. Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate resolutions to both patients and staff. Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Workflow & Scheduling:
Proficiency in scheduling, managing workflows, and using relevant software. Staff Development:
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor staff effectively. Problem-Solving:
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel:
Ability to travel locally to various clinic centers and provide hands-on support. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or a related field. Extensive experience with Spravato and TMS treatment protocols and operations. Extensive experience managing clinical daily operations.
