Provide behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers. This includes assessment, evaluation, training and education, program planning, support services, and clinical services to consumers, families, and/or staff. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral evaluations, liaising for psychiatric supports, participating in ongoing assessments, developing and monitoring behavioral intervention plans, meeting with consumers and their families, responding to emergencies, preparing and submitting reports regularly, maintaining caseload files, and collaborating as part of multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, provide staff training on implemented programs. Qualifications

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB. Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral interventions is required. Ability to review and interpret technical information, write technical materials, speak persuasively, and analyze situations to define core issues and draw conclusions. Knowledge of age-appropriate behaviors, CPT codes, payor rules, policies, language, vocabulary, and research-based treatment modalities. Reliable transportation is necessary. Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, walking, and climbing. External Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs. Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine approaches. Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals. Monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and emerging needs. Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills. Implement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive changes. Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and inform decisions. Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track progress and communicate with stakeholders. Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and behavioral strategies. Guide on managing challenging behaviors and enhancing communication and social skills. Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators for cohesive treatment. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and share insights. Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff, providing training and feedback. Conduct performance reviews and promote professional development. Engage with community resources to support client integration. Ensure all interventions adhere to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards. Stay current with developments in behavior analysis and autism treatment, integrating new research into practice. Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring safety through de-escalation techniques. Complete clinical documentation within SpringHealth’s EHR daily. Assist in developing staff training materials to enhance programs and ensure compliance. Pursue ongoing education in behavior interventions and techniques. Prepare monthly and quarterly notes on client progress. About our Line of Business
