Participating in the design and build of repeatable patterns (build-kits) to improve deployment times for non-prod and prod environments. Transitioning knowledge to infrastructure operations.### Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree and 4 years in Information Technology or relevant experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Teradata databases, resolving performance, connectivity, and system issues.* Perform database administration tasks, including backup, recovery, monitoring, and tuning. * Optimize SQL queries and database performance by analyzing query execution plans and index usage. * Manage Teradata system upgrades, patches, and software maintenance to ensure system integrity. * Strong knowledge and experience in supporting Teradata Database environment * Thorough understanding of Teradata Architecture and Modeling concepts (On-premise and Cloud) * Teradata Vantage (TDV) and VCL, NOS, OTF * Teradata System and SQL Performance tuning and Optimization * TASM, Workload Management, MVC compression* Infrastructure Automation * Operations Management * ITIL v3 * IT standards, procedures, policies * Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes * Understanding of business priorities (e.g., vision), trends (e.g., industry knowledge) and markets (e.g., existing/ planned) * Oral & written communications * Problem solving / analytical skills, tools and techniques * Supplier management * Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions * Drive cross functional execution * Adaptability and ability to introduce / manage change * Teamwork and collaboration * Organized and detail oriented * Analytical and problem solving skills Preferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree (Computer Science, MIS, or related degrees).# LI-NV1#LI-HybridThis job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.### ### **Pay Transparency Statement:**At Health Care Service Corporation, you will be part of an organization committed to offering meaningful benefits to our employees to support their life outside of work.
