Position Summary: GTI is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Entry-Level EH&S Specialist to support and promote a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. This role will assist in monitoring and enforcing health and safety programs, maintaining regulatory documentation, and supporting plant-wide EH&S initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • - Conduct routine safety walkthroughs and audits on the production floor • - Support incident investigations and root cause analysis for workplace injuries or near misses • - Assist with safety training programs (e.g., PPE, lockout/tagout, hazard communication) • - Help maintain safety data sheets (SDS), safety reports, and training logs • - Monitor and assist with hazardous waste storage, labeling, and disposal in accordance with EPA and ADEQ guidelines • - Participate in and support safety committees and team meetings • - Assist in preparing for OSHA inspections and other regulatory audits • - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations • - Maintain inventory of safety equipment and supplies • - Track safety metrics and assist in developing continuous improvement initiatives • - Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and proactive communication Qualifications: • - Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) • - 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or hands-on exposure a plus) • - Strong communication and organizational skills • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • - Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and ADEQ regulations preferred • - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required • - Must be able to walk the production floor regularly and wear appropriate PPE Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment (exposure to machinery, noise, temperature changes May require occasional evening or weekend work for audits or safety incidents

Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm or Friday-Sunday 5am-5:30pm
