- Will provider work solo? Not in Bellingham; Will work with Medical Oncologists/Radiation Oncologists and ARNPS. Will work solo 1 day a week.
- Licensed Candidate: Yes, must be WA licensed at time of presentation as we will need to fast track credentialing.
- Required certifications: Board Cert, other certs required by MSO
- EMR: EPIC. Proficient User.

Schedule Details
- Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, Admin day on Tuesdays (no patient contact on admin. days) used to prep for the week.
- Daily Shift Standard: 8hr
- There is a Secondary Address where provider will also assist 1 day a week
