Medical Assistant

to join a team in

Menomonee Falls, WI 53051.

This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care and providing essential support during clinical visits, ensuring smooth operations and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities Perform pre-visit planning, rooming responsibilities, and assist with medical procedures. Provide discharge instructions and ensure accurate documentation of patient care. Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment. Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver excellent care. Crosstrain and float between departments as needed to optimize clinic operations.

Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of one of the following: A CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited Medical Assistant program. Non-CAAHEP/ABHES Medical Assistant program with 1+ year of on-the-job experience. Military Medic/Corpsman training.

Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or ABR-OE credential preferred.

Skills: 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

13 weeks Pay Rate:

$25 - $29/hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
