What You’ll Do as a Project Safety Specialist: Walk the Walk:

Lead daily site inspections, safety walkthroughs, and real-time hazard assessments. Own Compliance:

Enforce MBA, client, and subcontractor safety policies and verify daily permit and JHA completion. Train and Equip:

Lead toolbox talks, and support ongoing safety training. Drive Documentation:

Keep digital safety reports, forms, permits, photos, and logs accurate and up to date. Support Incident Response:

Assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and full incident reporting. Partner in Planning:

Work closely with the Project Safety Manager and project team to align fieldwork with safety expectations. Champion the Culture:

Promote accountability, good housekeeping, and a safety-first mindset every day.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have: 3–5 years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments. OSHA 30 Certification (required); CHST, CSST, or CSP strongly preferred. Solid working knowledge of excavation, cranes/rigging, fall protection, confined space, and site-specific hazards. Strong communication and leadership presence in the field. Experience with Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools. First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (preferred). A valid driver’s license and ability to be physically active on job sites.
