The Opportunity: As a Retail Pharmacist, you’ll oversee daily pharmacy operations while providing compassionate, patient-centered care. From dispensing medications to counseling patients and ensuring compliance, your leadership will directly shape the pharmacy experience and strengthen its reputation for excellence.
What You’ll Do: Accurately and efficiently dispense medications with patient safety as the top priority Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and side effects Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in line with HIPAA standards Oversee pharmacy operations, including workflow, compliance, and inventory control Partner with technicians and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience Build trusted relationships with patients and healthcare providers Promote teamwork and a culture of excellence through clear communication and collaboration
What You Bring: Active Florida pharmacist license in good standing (required) 2–3+ years of retail or community pharmacy experience Strong knowledge of prescription dispensing and pharmacy regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
