Position Summary We are seeking experienced
Medical Directors
to join our growing network. The ideal candidate will hold multi-state medical licenses (the more, the better) and have relevant experience in aesthetic medicine, hormone therapy, weight loss, and wellness services.
This is a part-time, flexible role with significant opportunities for growth and leadership within our expanding national framework. Our model is designed to make the medical director role efficient, low time-burden, and compliance-focused—freeing directors from unnecessary administrative overload while expanding their professional impact across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities Provide state-level medical oversight for telehealth and in-person medical spa & wellness clinic operations (5+ locations) Serve as a clinical and compliance resource for teams in assigned states, ensuring compliance utilizing our program Conduct chart reviews and participate in provider oversight and quality assurance checks as required. Collaborate on protocol development and review in areas such as aesthetics, HRT, peptides, weight loss medications, and regenerative therapies. Option to conduct Good Faith Exams (GFEs) or oversee nurse practitioners/APPs performing GFEs. Represent Arora Health & Aesthetic mission, vision, and values, prioritizing patients and care.
Qualifications Active, unrestricted MD or DO license(s) in multiple states. APRN in full prescriptive authority states Background experience in aesthetic medicine, HRT, Peptides, longevity medicine. Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks within medical spas and telehealth. Ability to balance low time commitment oversight with high standards of care and compliance.
