Job Overview: Seeking a Provider Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs). The role includes sourcing, screening, and engaging top clinical talent, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting candidates through the hiring process. This position also involves attending recruitment events and contributing to workforce planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical providers Build and maintain candidate pipelines through outreach and partnerships Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews Present and negotiate employment offers Maintain accurate records in ATS and contribute to recruitment reports Partner with credentialing, onboarding, and HR teams Represent the organization at career events and conferences Ensure compliance with hiring regulations, including visa processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience Valid driver’s license and ability to travel Preferred: healthcare recruitment, physician/APP hiring, Workday ATS experience, CPRP or HR certification Skills: Talent acquisition, sourcing, and offer negotiation Knowledge of clinical hiring cycles and provider credentialing Relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making Ability to manage multiple searches and adapt to urgent staffing needs Work Environment: Hybrid work model with remote flexibility and onsite engagement Attendance at recruitment events and occasional evening/weekend availability
