H&D Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Orthopedic and
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
to join our team on the
Upper East Side . This is a unique opportunity to focus on pelvic health in a collaborative outpatient setting that values
quality over quantity
and fosters long-term patient relationships. We welcome candidates with 1–2+ years of pelvic floor experience—or those who have completed relevant coursework (e.g., Herman & Wallace or APTA pelvic floor track). Mentorship is available for those looking to build advanced clinical skills in pelvic health. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a high-quality care environment with an orthopedic focus, strong referral base, and plenty of opportunity to grow. What You’ll Do: Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic health conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, and more Design individualized, function-based treatment plans in a
one-on-one care model Educate patients about their anatomy, rehab process, and preventative strategies Document clearly and promptly in our EMR system (PROMPT) Collaborate with referring providers and internal team members to ensure optimal patient care Attend
monthly pelvic health specialty meetings
to discuss complex cases, share insights, and learn new techniques Participate in
mentorship sessions
with our Director of Pelvic Health for hands-on guidance and clinical development Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State (or license eligible) Experience in pelvic floor rehab
or
completion of relevant coursework (e.g., Herman & Wallace, APTA) Interest in orthopedic care; manual therapy training a plus Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Why H&D Physical Therapy?
