We are currently seeking independently licensed, empathetic therapists in Ohio (or therapists open to obtaining an Ohio license) to join our growing telehealth team. We are hiring for

: LPCC
(Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) LISW
(Licensed Independent Social Worker) IMFT
(Independent Marriage & Family Therapist)
Key Responsibilities Conduct remote therapy sessions using our secure telehealth platform. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs. Support clients in developing practical strategies and achieving meaningful outcomes. Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation. Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Active license to practice independently in your state. Experience with, or the desire to work with, adults on the autism spectrum. Familiarity with ASD and co-occurring mental health conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Clear communicator with a neuroaffirming, compassionate approach. Proficient in using telehealth platforms and digital tools.
