In response to the surge in demand driven by COVID-19, we are expanding our global network rapidly. We are recruiting partners to open and operate IWG locations, targeting building owners, franchise operators, and competitors, working under various commercial structures requiring a dynamic approach to business development.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Vice-President, Partnership Growth, the Regional Director of Partnership Growth will play a key role in selling and developing business partnerships within the Americas. The ideal candidate is motivated, proactive, and passionate, capable of generating their own leads and converting inquiries quickly. Success can lead to broader roles within IWG.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver at least 20 new partner locations annually, increasing system revenue by $5 million to $10 million+ per year.

Increase market awareness of IWG’s partnership proposition through B2B connections.

Conduct weekly discovery and proposal meetings with prospects to grow the pipeline towards commitment.

Identify and contact potential partners through networking, prospecting, cold-calling, LinkedIn, broker partnerships, and canvassing.

Sourcing partners capable of rapid network growth by converting existing buildings or securing new ones.

Sell partnership solutions, negotiate deals, and secure board approval.

Convert discussions into signed contracts with legal support and spend significant time in the field generating leads and closing deals.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Experience in sales and/or B2B business development in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

Self-motivated with a focus on results and deal conversion.

Proven ability to source and close multiple deals of a meaningful scale ($250,000+ investment) quickly.

Deal-focused with a proactive, risk-tolerant mindset.

Excellent communication skills to present compelling narratives to diverse audiences.

Ability to work under pressure and independently to generate interest.

Strong business and financial acumen.

Compensation

National Base: $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on location)

Uncapped quarterly commission: $26,000 - $100,000 (average based on performance)
