What We Are Looking For As an AI Strategist, you will lead customer engagements, collaborating with a technical lead to steer a team of engineers and researchers. Your goal is to own business outcomes, deliver value, and build customer trust through the entire engagement process—from understanding client problems and workflows to delivering high-quality AI solutions, ensuring user adoption, and iterating for continuous value. This role requires curiosity, analytical skills, product intuition, and a strong commitment to customer success. Key Responsibilities
Earn Customer Trust:
Manage relationships from end-users to executives, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Workflow & Outcome Ownership:
Identify valuable problems, embed in workflows, ensure system accuracy, and take accountability for engagement success. Leadership:
Co-lead a team with a technical lead to deliver results. Data Analysis:
Analyze noisy enterprise data to create reliable AI outcomes. User Adoption:
Onboard users and ensure they realize value. Product Feedback:
Convey customer insights to inform future product improvements. What We Require
Operational Experience:
Proven track record in managing complex projects or strategic roles, especially in client-facing AI or tech integration. Exceptional Communication Skills:
Ability to earn trust and liaise effectively with clients and teams. User Empathy & Customer Focus:
Deep understanding of user needs and customer-centric approach. Thrive in Ambiguity:
Skilled at defining outcomes and structuring priorities in complex situations. AI Passion:
Enthusiasm for AI and its potential impact. Coding Skills:
Proficiency in programming or statistical tools like Python, R, Matlab, SQL. Travel:
