As we prepare to come out of stealth, we are seeking a dynamic COO to partner with management to drive operational excellence.This is a critical role with responsibilities for platform adoption, revenue generation, and fundraising. COO will be the right hand to the CEO and responsible for translating vision into actionable plans, leading daily operations, tracking rapid growth, and exemplifying collaborative culture to realize our mission.This role requires a leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and is comfortable managing market-facing and internal operations. What You’ll be Doing GTM & Product Launch Own and execute GTM strategy, product rollouts, and user onboarding. Drive user adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. Support community-building across investors, sponsors, operators, and capital providers. Operational Leadership Implement operational strategies, policies, and processes to support growth and adaptability. Set and monitor operational and financial metrics for stakeholders and strategic decisioning. Partner with CEO for pitch preparation, investor fundraising, and due diligence. Team & Culture Building Foster collaborative, high performing culture to attract and develop top talent. Process Optimization & Automation Improve processes for productivity, quality, and scalability with technology and automation. Key Qualifications Software & SaaS:
Proven leadership in software or SaaS companies with 0 to 1 experience in product development and delivery. AI Savvy:
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies with experience integrating AI into business operations and product offerings. Private Equity:
Experience in private equity, investments, or working with PE-backed companies. GTM & Sales:
Demonstrated ability to execute GTM strategies, drive user adoption, and manage sales. Education:
