Job Summary:

The Dispatcher plays a key role in daily operations by coordinating driver assignments, managing service schedules, and addressing real-time field issues. This role ensures that all portable sanitation services are completed accurately, safely, and on time, maintaining strong communication between drivers, routing, scheduling, and customer service teams.

Job Classification:

Pay Range : $45,000 to $47,000 annual

Responsibilities:

Dispatch drivers on their assigned routes, aiding in efficiently covering all scheduled services. Monitor real-time progress of routes; address delays, breakdowns, and access issues promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing guidance and support throughout the day. Communicate with customers to ensure services are completed, documenting when they aren't. Coordinate closely with Routing, Scheduling, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and efficiency. Respond to urgent service requests and customer escalations with professionalism and urgency. Maintain accurate documentation of dispatch activities, communications, and service exceptions within ServiceCore. Track and record driver check-ins, service completions, and report irregularities. Support drivers with location-specific instructions, gate codes, and site access information. Communicate any operational challenges to Operations and District Managers. Qualifications/Requirements:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain composed under pressure. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is preferred. Proficiency in:

Microsoft Outlook and Teams ServiceCore or similar logistics software Microsoft Excel (basic tracking and reporting) GPS Software Experience (Preferably Motive or Verizon Connect)

Full-time, in-office position. Flexibility required, multiple shift start times, high volume scenarios, and emergency response efforts may affect regular hours. Participation in weekly team meetings to report on dispatch metrics and operational updates. Benefits:
