Mgr., Partnerships will source, develop, negotiate, and execute bold, industry-leading partnerships while ensuring a cohesive narrative across the brand and a laser focus on delivering measurable results. Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up : Lead all aspects of Partnerships across all viable avenues, including Sports Sponsorships, Brand Partnerships, Menu Partnerships, Design Partnerships, Content and Media Integrations, Celebrity Partnerships, Brand Licensing and Merch, Gift Cards, et al. Develop and own the Partnerships Strategy and an active 12+M pipeline of multi-dimensional Partnerships Conceptualize, plan, and execute all Partnerships with seamless integration across earned, owned and paid channels and in partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. Develop and nurture relationships with key external partners (media, platforms, brands, agents, et al), ensure KFC is the preferred choice for partnerships and collaborations. Oversee all aspects of Brand Licensing, including management of licensing agency and licensees and supporting plans, licensed merchandising plans and vendors, and all tools, budgets, reporting, timelines, and processes. Oversee all aspects of Gift Card program management, including gift vendors, tools, budgets, reporting, timelines, and processes. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in content marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. What You Bring to the Table : Education/Certifications

– BA or BS Degree; Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, New Media, or related field Experience

6-9 years’ experience working within Marketing, with strong exposure to developing licensing programs for large brands Excellent creative acumen; strong understanding of evaluating creative ideas and project management Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to interface directly with a range of stakeholders; ability to provide direction and/or coaching with internal cross-functional partners Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity within KFC and QSR industry Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail
