What You Will Do
Analyze campaign performance data across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels to uncover trends, evaluate effectiveness, and refine strategies for maximum ROI, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing. Support email marketing and nurture campaigns through audience segmentation, content strategy, automated workflows, and performance optimization. Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and share insights with channel owners to inform ongoing campaign improvements. Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and maintain reporting frameworks and communicate performance to stakeholders. Partner with external agencies to coordinate campaign planning, creative development, and performance optimization across digital channels. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and CTAs to increase conversion rates Lead the end-to-end ad production process—from brief creation and asset development to launch and post-campaign performance analysis. Manage the content syndication program to expand audience reach, create leads, and support overall demand generation goals.
What You Will Bring With You
6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with focus on digital campaigns, demand generation, and pipeline growth. Hands-on experience with important marketing and analytics tools including Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads, and SEM platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and performance improvements. A collaborative mindset and ability to work with sales, content, and external partners. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a test-and-learn approach to marketing.
What We Look For
A/B testing skills and able to interpret performance data and acting on it. Excellent project management, communication, and copy writing skills. Collaborative, with an eye for scalable process improvement. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent working experience.

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $128,900 and $161,100 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
