Site Manager

to oversee and manage all activities related to the operation of our

San Diego, CA

You'll motivate, support, and provide guidance to staff, encouraging them to achieve their highest potential. You'll develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality. To be successful in the Site Manager role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties. This position is responsible for the direct supervision of approximately 15 employees and reports to the General Manger. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other related area 5+ years experience in management or leadership of people and/or processes 5+ years of manufacturing or production experience Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective production and distribution is Previous project management experience
