that drive measurable social impact. What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the

front-line voice

of the campaigns you represent: Represent nonprofits at

live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs

Engage with the public in a

friendly, professional, and authentic manner

Share compelling messages about

social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs

Educate individuals on nonprofit

goals, impact, and ways to get involved

Build relationships to

foster long-term donor engagement and support

Collaborate with your team to ensure

successful campaign execution
