We're seeking a Senior Payments Implementation Specialist at our Alpharetta, Georgia office or Commerce, Georgia location to lead the end-to-end onboarding of Fintech and payments programs, directly managing implementation tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous process improvement to support scalable growth.What You will Love About This Job: Join a dynamic team that is building a foundation for fintech payment programs in a fast-evolving environment.Gain exposure to a range of fintech implementation projects.Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Be part of a close-knit, mission-driven organization focused on accessibility and innovation in financial services.Where You will Make an Impact:Lead the onboarding of Fintech and payments program management projects by becoming familiar with project scope, key stakeholders, and program objectives.Personally execute implementation tasks, including the creation of detailed, final project plans before onboarding begins.Engage directly with prospective clients and take ownership of their onboarding projects once they are ready to begin.Recommend tools and platforms that support more efficient, automated, and documented onboarding processes.Develop process improvements and scalable onboarding procedures with a goal of standardization ("rinse and repeat" model).Gain expertise in Visa and Mastercard platforms, including service provider registration, new program submissions, and BIN creation.Collaborate closely with the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team to deliver a top-tier onboarding experience.Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications during onboarding.Build strong relationships with internal teams to solicit feedback and identify opportunities for enhancing onboarding processes.Assist in developing and maintaining a centralized document repository (e.g., SharePoint, shared drives) for project and onboarding documentation.Create and manage a post-implementation review process to gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders, aimed at improving future project execution.Let's See if We're a Match: Bachelor's degree in business management, IT, or other related courses of study.7+ years of experience of technical project management, or a combination of experience and education. PMP Certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivots and Formulas.Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet or similar type of project management software that illustrates project details and timelines in an effective manner for the benefit of both internal and external teams.Experience in fintech, banking and/or payments.Experience working with card networks such as Visa and Mastercard.Proven track record in managing small to medium projects to completion on time.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects simultaneously across different verticals and departments.Proven effective problem-solving skills exhibited by effective collaboration among project team members to resolve issues and drive the project forward.
