Amazon is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Tour Leader to lead immersive 90-minute in-person tours of our state-of-the-art Robotics Fulfillment Center in Kemp Creek. As a Tour Leader, you will play a crucial role in showcasing Amazon's innovative technology and dedicated workforce to a diverse audience. Key responsibilities help visitors understand Amazon's fulfillment processes, robotics technology, and company history, while maintaining positive site relationships and participating in site and community engagement activities. You will effectively communicate complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of knowledge, ensure tour groups adhere to safety protocols, and lead or support high-level/VIP tours that require additional planning and coordination. You will collaborate with fulfillment center teams to stay updated on developments and report feedback to improve the experience.
A day in the life
You will review the day\'s tour schedule, prepare materials, greet visitors, provide safety briefings, and distribute required protective equipment. During tours, you\'ll guide groups through sections of the fulfillment center, explaining how customer orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped with efficiency. Between tours, you\'ll refresh knowledge, update tour content, and collaborate with colleagues on the global team; you may participate in training sessions to stay current on Amazon\'s innovations.

You\'ll join a passionate team of Tour Leaders and program managers around the world dedicated to showcasing Amazon\'s innovation and customer obsession. The team collaborates with operations, robotics, human resources, and sustainability to foster creativity and continuous learning, and to shape public perception of Amazon\'s world-class fulfillment operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Communications, PR, Tourism, or a related field OR equivalent industry experience
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- A high level of professionalism
- A bubbly, positive outlook to inspire and engage tour participants
- The ability to work independently and autonomously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Fulfillment Operations
- Tourism, events, acting or hospitality industry experience
- Public Speaking or media experience
- Experience working with global teams
