From preparing treatment rooms and assisting with procedures to maintaining sterilization protocols and providing post-treatment guidance, your work will make a meaningful difference each day. You’ll support our dentists and hygienists chair-side and contribute to both clinical and administrative operations. What You'll Do: Prepare patients and treatment rooms with care and professionalism Assist during procedures with suction, retraction, and dental material prep Record accurate patient data, vitals, and treatment details Capture digital X-rays and ensure proper infection control protocols Provide post-op instructions and help patients feel informed and supported Support lab tasks and keep sterilization logs up to date What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Computer literate and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a plus A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to patient care Join a supportive team that celebrates quality care, teamwork, and professional growth.
