Responsibilities
Essential Functions • Assists with maintaining supply locationsto include the establishment, organization, labeling, cleaning, assessment, receipt, delivery and restocking of supplies. • Responsible for rotating dated stock and maintaining a working stock level of supplies in the warehouse and par locations, and the removal of overstocked supplies. • Monitors the condition of supplies and the supply area for appropriate par levels, cleanliness of supply locations and accuracy of labeling. • Participates in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventoried items. • Uses hand-held device to inventory supply locations and charge out supplies to various departments. • Uses pick tickets to pick inventory for re-stock orders, emergency, and rush orders. • Answers the telephone or customer requests with appropriate Orlando Health commitment to excellence customer service responses. • Assists with disposing of cardboard and trash into designated trash receptacles. • Provides support for annual or bi-annual inventory counts to determine asset value and additional inventory as requested.
Qualifications
Education/Training/Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Basic computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferred Licensure/Certification Valid driver's license Experience None.
