What You'll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome)
Be the go-to support for our delivery teams-think of yourself as the air traffic controller of furniture logistics. Receive dispatch info and respond to the unexpected: breakdowns, delays, and the occasional "where's my sofa?" moment. Build strong relationships with our drivers, transportation team, and customers. You're the glue that keeps it all together. Create efficient, cost-effective delivery routes that make sense (and don't send drivers on scenic detours unless absolutely necessary). Keep detailed logs and records-because organized chaos is still chaos. Tackle other duties as assigned during your 4-day workweek. Did we mention you get three days off? Who You Are
You've got at least 2 years of dispatching or customer service experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple screens like a pro. Communication is your superpower-whether it's talking, typing, or decoding driver shorthand. You're organized, solution-oriented, and not afraid to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally. You have a high school diploma or GED, and bonus points if you've worked in transportation, warehouse admin, or customer service. Education :
High School diploma or equivalent GED, 2 years' work experience in a related field for customer service, administration, transportation, or warehouse administration preferred.
