Overview

The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure software applications meet high standards of quality and functionality. This role involves analyzing business and technical requirements, designing detailed test plans, executing manual and automated tests, and ensuring application stability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Design and execute detailed manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform regression testing to ensure code changes do not impact existing functionality.
• Conduct performance and security testing to verify system stability and data protection.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
• Provide detailed reports on testing progress and defect resolution.

• Manual Test Scenarios — Required, 6 Months
• Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing — Required
• Automation Testing Tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, etc.) — Highly Desired
• GenTax Software Experience — Highly Desired
